Dance your Rhythm…. and Enjoy the Ride
“Dance to the rhythm of your heart, and you will feel happiness like never before. What matters is that your heart loves to dance” by Simran Khurana, About.com Guide
Music and dancing makes me happier. I am very grateful to be part of a “musical” family. Since I can remember, my house was full of music. So sorry I lost so many years not dancing…. but it is never too late. Twelve years ago I registered for dance classes and it was one of the best times in my life. Dance makes me feel carefree, energized and connected to my spirit. So bad I was going to start Zumba classes this week and now I have a Trochanteric Bursitis (not good).
At least I can make art..and art heals (Ja Ja….not the bursitis but it helps somehow to feel less pain). I made this mixed media and I felt like dancing with a rhythm when I was sketching it…then I felt the same when I was painting the papers, cutting and pasting them….and the title came by default….Dance your Rhythm..and Enjoy the Ride.

I love quotes and I always try to start my posts with quotes related to what I am writing. It was funny that the quote I started with today was written by the author of the Google article I search about dancing and rhythm quotes. Isn’t this awesome?? Now I would like to share a few more quotes on the same site that began with these words:
“These famous dance quotes reveal a good dancer’s well kept secrete”:

Friedrich Nietzsche
