New Art …new lessons
Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising up every time we fail. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

Hi everyone,
First of all don’t forget to participate on the spectacular Giveaway on this blog. You will find interesting gifts that you could win. This is the last week to enter. You can find it going back two posts back.
In these difficult times I am trying to focus on the “little things” that are really not that little. I am practicing GRATITUDE every day and Self Love. I am trying hard after last Sunday I was feeling I couldn’t walk..for real. I consider myself a strong woman and even that I focus on “bouncing back” the negative situations, there are times when I feel very vulnerable. The most important thing is not that we fall is that we can get up and fight again. I decided I have to stay focus with a stronger faith. I have been nurturing myself with friends, positive readings, praying time, inspirational quotes and lots of art.
Today I am sharing this new art. It is a mixed media made out of one of my experimentation with color at Collage Journeys in Vermont with the amazing teacher/artist Jane Davies. The name: Love is Always Present. Do you like it??

And here are a few quotes I am leaning on these days:
Nobody trips over mountains. It is the small pebble that causes you to stumble. Pass all the pebbles in your path and you will find you have crossed the mountain. ~Author Unknown
When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on. ~Franklin D. Roosevelt
Fall seven times, stand up eight. ~Japanese Proverb
Perseverance is the hard work you do after you get tired of doing the hard work you already did. ~Newt Gingrich
The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep on running. ~Author unknown, in reference to Ecclesiastes 9:11, “I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.”
Perseverance is not a long race; it is many short races one after another. ~Walter Elliott, The Spiritual Life
The great majority of men are bundles of beginnings. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
If we are facing in the right direction, all we have to do is keep on walking. ~Buddhist Saying
Life is not about how fast you run or how high you climb but how well you bounce. ~Vivian Komori
You learn you can do your best even when it’s hard, even when you’re tired and maybe hurting a little bit. It feels good to show some courage. ~Joe Namath
Keep on going, and the chances are that you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it. I never heard of anyone ever stumbling on something sitting down. ~Charles F. Kettering
Never think that God’s delays are God’s denials. Hold on; hold fast; hold out. Patience is genius. ~Georges-Louis Leclerc
Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines. ~Robert Schuller
Sometimes you must cross a bridge and other times you need to burn it. But, always keep building one and never lose your faith in life. ~Dodinsky,
Vitality shows in not only the ability to persist but the ability to start over. ~F. Scott Fitzgerald
With ordinary talent and extraordinary perseverance, all things are attainable. ~Thomas Foxwell Buxton
In the middle of my BIG Mountain (a.k.a difficult situation) I am making more art and enjoying my little bundles of joy and energy, Javier and Aliany. They make my life happier, brighter and worth living. So grateful for this blessing.
Wishing you tons of laughter, health and love!!
